These terms explain the rules for using EarnBee, including activities, reward balances, and withdrawal requests.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Sharma Tech Labs for the EarnBee mobile application and this website. By downloading, accessing, or using EarnBee, or by creating an account, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use EarnBee. These Terms are a general set of rules for use of the service. They do not name a court or a governing-law country on this page. Rights you have under the mandatory laws of your place of residence still apply.

Eligibility

You may use EarnBee only if you can form a binding agreement and you meet the minimum age required where you live to use a rewards service. If you do not meet that age, you may not create an account.

You are responsible for making sure your use of EarnBee is allowed where you are. We may refuse registration where we cannot offer the service.

Account Registration

Some features require an account. You agree to provide information that is accurate and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login secure.

We may decline a registration, or ask you to confirm information, if we need to protect the service or other users. Contact us if you believe your account is being used without your permission.

Use of EarnBee

EarnBee lets you explore activities that are available in the app, take part in games and other experiences, view a leaderboard, track rewards, and submit withdrawal requests where a redemption option is offered.

We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your own use, in line with these Terms. You do not receive any ownership of the app or of our branding.

Rewards and Activities

Activities, games, spins, and other experiences may change, pause, or end. What you see can depend on your account, your location, and what is available at the time. Completing an activity does not by itself mean a reward will be credited, unless that activity is eligible under the rules shown in the app.

EarnBee does not promise income, earnings, or a particular reward. Any example shown in the app or in promotional artwork describes a possible experience, not a guaranteed result.

Reward Balances

Rewards, coins, points, or similar balances are promotional. They have no cash value except where a redemption option is expressly offered in the app. Balances are not a bank deposit and are not transferable unless the app itself provides a way to do so.

We may correct, delay, or reverse a balance if we believe it was credited in error, was not eligible, or resulted from a violation of these Terms. We may also update how rewards are calculated as the service changes.

Withdrawal Requests

You may submit a withdrawal request only through the redemption options presented to you in the app, and only for rewards that are available on your account. Options can differ by account and can change.

We may approve, delay, or decline a request, or ask for more information, when we need to confirm eligibility, prevent fraud, or meet an operational or legal requirement. Sending a request is not a promise that a payment will be made, and EarnBee does not guarantee approval, a payment amount, or a processing time.

The provider you select, such as a wallet or bank service shown in the app, may apply its own terms, fees, and checks. We are not that provider.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use EarnBee only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms
  • Keep your account details accurate and your login private
  • Use your own account, and not share it in order to misuse rewards
  • Follow the instructions shown for an activity or a withdrawal request
  • Tell us if you notice an error in your balance or your account

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Provide false information or create accounts to abuse rewards
  • Use bots, scripts, emulators, or other tools to imitate genuine use
  • Interfere with the app, its servers, or another person's use of EarnBee
  • Attempt to manipulate spins, games, the leaderboard, or reward balances
  • Copy, reverse engineer, or resell the app except where the law allows it
  • Use EarnBee to break the law or to harm other people

Fraud and Abuse

If we reasonably believe there has been fraud, abuse, an error, or a breach of these Terms, we may withhold rewards, reverse a balance, decline a withdrawal, limit features, or suspend the account while we review it.

We may also keep related records for security and to respond to a dispute. You may contact us to explain what happened. A review does not require us to restore a balance or approve a request.

Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or close an account, or limit access to rewards, if we reasonably believe these Terms were violated, the account creates a risk, or we are required to do so. You may stop using EarnBee at any time.

If an account is closed, unredeemed rewards may be forfeited where they were tied to a violation or where the app no longer offers a way to redeem them. We will not use this section to refuse a right that applicable law does not allow us to refuse.

Service Availability

EarnBee is provided on an "as available" basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, including activities, games, the spin wheel, the leaderboard, or redemption options. We do not guarantee that EarnBee will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in every location.

Maintenance, updates, and events outside our control can affect access. We are not obligated to keep a particular feature available for any period of time.

Third-Party Services

EarnBee may rely on or link to third-party services, including advertising, sign-in, and redemption providers. Those services are not controlled by Sharma Tech Labs. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their decisions about a payment method you selected.

Intellectual Property

EarnBee, including the app, the EarnBee name and logo, text, graphics, and software, is owned by Sharma Tech Labs or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our name, logo, or content except with our written permission or where the law allows a specific use.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without an obligation to pay you or to keep them confidential, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Disclaimer

EarnBee is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sharma Tech Labs disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and does not warrant that the service will meet your expectations or that rewards or withdrawals will be available.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded in your place of residence. Promotional text and images in the app are illustrative. They are not a promise of earnings or of a successful withdrawal.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sharma Tech Labs and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost rewards, data, or profits, arising out of your use of EarnBee.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for conduct that applicable law does not allow us to limit, including liability that must remain in place for your protection as a consumer where you live.

A specific monetary cap and a named venue are not set on this page. If you have a concern, contact us first so we can try to resolve it.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page and changing the date below. If you continue to use EarnBee after an update, you agree to the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using EarnBee.

Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent for a change, we will follow that requirement. Last Updated: September 2026.
