EarnBee is a rewards application provided by Sharma Tech Labs ("we", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains, in general terms, how information is handled when you use the EarnBee mobile app and this website.
This page describes our general practices. It is not a certification, seal, or statement of compliance with any particular privacy law. If a law where you live gives you rights or imposes duties, those requirements still apply.
Information We Collect

This website is static. It does not ask you to create an account. If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. Our hosting provider may keep ordinary server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and the time of a request, for security and operations.

If you create an EarnBee account, we collect the details needed to register and recognize you. That may include your name, email address, and other information requested during sign-up.

The sign-in method shown in the app may involve a third-party provider. That provider handles the sign-in step under its own terms and privacy policy.
Rewards and Transactions
We keep records related to your rewards balance, adjustments, and withdrawal requests. Those records may include the redemption option you select, status updates, and information needed to review a request.
A rewards balance is not a bank account. Submitting a withdrawal request does not by itself mean a payment will be sent. Redemption options shown in the app may include services such as UPI, PayPal, Paytm, or bank transfer, depending on what is available to your account. Those providers process the method you choose under their own terms.
Advertising
EarnBee may show advertisements, including ads connected to an in-app activity. Advertising partners may collect or receive device identifiers and information about ad interactions under their own policies.
We do not control how an independent advertising partner uses information it collects on its own. Where the app offers a setting that limits ad personalization, the choices presented in the app or on your device apply.
Third-Party Services
We may use service providers to host the app, support sign-in, deliver messages, measure performance, prevent abuse, and help process redemption requests. Those providers may access information only as needed to perform their work for us.
If you choose a third-party wallet, bank, or payment service inside EarnBee, that service receives the details required to handle your request. Their privacy policy and terms govern their handling of that information.
Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.
You should protect your device and your account credentials. Contact us promptly if you believe your account or information has been compromised.
Data Retention
We keep information for as long as your account is active and for a further period that is reasonable for security, dispute handling, fraud prevention, and legal record-keeping. Specific retention periods depend on the type of information and on the operational or legal need to keep it. Those periods are not fixed as a single number on this page.
When information is no longer needed, we take steps to delete it or de-identify it, unless we must keep it for a longer period.
Children's Privacy
EarnBee is not directed to children under 13, or under the equivalent minimum age in your place of residence. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, email sharmatechlabs@gmail.com and we will take steps to delete it.
User Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, or to object to or limit certain uses. This page does not list every right that might exist under every law, and it is not a statement that a particular statute has been formally adopted as our compliance program.
To make a request, email us at the address below. We may need to verify that you are the account holder before we act on a request. We will respond within a reasonable time. We will not withhold access to EarnBee simply because you made a privacy request that the law allows you to make.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last Updated" date on this page. If a change materially affects how we use personal information, we will take any additional notice steps that applicable law requires. Please review this page periodically.
